📋Introduction & Acceptance

👤Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on bass8. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, phone number, payment method, device, or IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify bass8 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. bass8 will not be liable for any losses resulting from failure to protect your login information.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
• Account credentials must not be shared with or transferred to any other person.
• bass8 reserves the right to close or suspend an account if false or misleading information is discovered.

💳Deposits & Withdrawals

bass8 supports instant deposits and withdrawals through leading Bangladesh payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and settled at the current applicable rate. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals are subject to identity and payment method verification. bass8 processes withdrawal requests in a timely manner; however, delays may occur due to payment provider processing times or pending KYC verification. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit (source-of-funds rule).
• bass8 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, payment providers may apply their own transaction fees.
• Withdrawal requests linked to bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full before processing.

All deposits and wagers made on bass8 are final. bass8 does not issue refunds for settled bets or game rounds that have been played in accordance with the applicable game rules. Any disputes regarding specific game outcomes must be raised with customer support within 72 hours of the relevant transaction.

Sports betting markets reflect real-world event outcomes and are not influenced by bass8. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bass8 platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Engaging in fraudulent activity, collusion, or any form of cheating, including the use of automated bots, scripts, or software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering, financial fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through such means are void and will be forfeited.
• Attempting to access another player's account or interfering with another player's session.
